Just F.Y.I.---
My 3.5 also locks up my computer; to the point of NOT even being
able to CTRL-ALT-DEL!!
It generally locks up when I am in Explorer and if I want to copy a
file to a diskette, I "Send To" the A drive. I have a feature from
TWEAKUI, I believe, that I can "Send To" "Any Folder" then browse to
A drive THEN I can transfer the file to that drive without locking
up the computer! Go figure.
Not a cable problem, but have never figured it out; just a way
around it.
Hmmm...
