I get it for Samantha and Tom, but not for human voices.  The ability to 
change base and trebble is more likely to help people with hearing 
difficulties, since they can compensate for frequency loss.  Most people 
hear male voices better.  The new pitch option doesn't turn a female voice 
in to a male voice, even at the lowest setting.
