That's what I thought.

Now, if you want the documentation I have for the TMV71A, let me know, and 
I'll be happy to send it to you.

I have the manual, plus lots of other files, including the programming 
software and the firmware update.

Keep in mind, though, that the firmware update might not be necessary in 
your case since it is a brand new radio that already should have the latest 
version.
