What version of ITunes are you running, and are you using jaws? If so, what version of jaws are you using?
If you are, are you using the j-tunes scripts?

I have iTunes on my computer and it didn't rename any files though I know
older versions did that. Messed me up bad but with newer versions in the
last couple years, it shouldn't mess with anything you already have. It
didn't for me, I'll put it that way and leave it there.
