Jesse,
	You might want to look at Digipan.  If you use Window Eyes, it should 
work well.  I know a fellow using this combo and he is having a blast 
with psk.

I use JAWS, and it just doesn't read the incoming text as well, although 
you can use the JAWS cursor and kind of sort of get by.

There is  some work being done with the fldigi software to make it 
accessible, but not sure where that stands right now.

If you have access to  an old Windows 98 pc, there is still a program 
floating around called Digitalk.  Self voicing and designed for the 
blind, but won't run on later operating systems.
