Hi all,

I had a wonderful conversation with ed today, I have decided art and I will
use the wouxun as it has some voice capability and I am sure my implants
will be fine with it.

I am thankful that handi ham had the mp3 and text of the manuals and I can
most likely set it up myself.

I will order it in a couple of weeks. There isn't any hurry. LOL! (did I
really say that?) <smile.

We have repeaters in our area and we should do fine.

We will see how things go with reception and modulation before obtaining
accessories.

I am thinking on the 2 meter and 440 (70 cm)

So at least the decision on the radio is made. LOL!

I decided I might not be able to catch the differences on the tones on the
Thf6a as it would be hard to distinguish between the high and low tones. So
the wouxun it is.
