Not sure exactly where you will be staying, but if around the immediate DC area that includes Greenbelt Maryland, the 146.610, 146.880, and 147.225 (PL 123.000 if I recall correctly) are a couple of choices. I am not sure if the 146.760 machine is still up or not because I cannot hit it where I am which is about 40 miles Northwest of DC.
