I would buy the wouxun from here:

Ed is a great guy and will treat you right.

As for the Kenwood, any ham radio retailer will do. HRO:

Or Gigaparts:

for instance. 

HRO also sells a Wouxun radio, but I would buy from Ed if you want to buy one of those.
