The new channel, centered on 5358.5, does not become active until 
March 5.

Neither does the 100 watt power limit.

Until March 5, the power is still 50 watts ERP.

The channel being replaced is one which has almost continuous data 
transmission on it, so never mind what it is currently.

Just remember to not use 5358.5 until March 5.
