You must have an early T90A, I know the first couple years they were that 
way but there again, I've gone in bad areas with mien and don't notice it 
but have heard early ones were bad. For what little I do with those bands 
for obvious reasons, I prefer commercial gear though, if there's a problem 
with commercial equipment, nothing's going to work.
