Hi;
I guess my delema was with all other radios I have used ts430 440 450 & ts570 when one went into cw one turned the filter on manually. I'm not much of a cw op either but it seems like its easier to tune through the band to get some idea of how activity there might be with a wider filter. the ts570 let you basically vary the band width with one control which was nice.
