This is interesting. I tried it with lynx as in L Y N X
and I appear to be able to read it. It seems to be a short
discussion of SWR followed by a solicitation to subscribe. How
long is the article you see in the Zinio viewer?

lynx is about as basic of a browser as there is. It is free
and part of many unix distributions. It is totally incapable of
doing javascript or flash so I am shocked that it appears to
work on the link you provided.
