Their was a TW1 made by LG electronics, but you have to kill one of us to 
get one.  Their are good circuits for voltage controled oscellators that 
will allow you to both tune a big amp, and an antenna tuner.
They can be built for probably under $10 worth of parts.  Tube amps can be 
tuned, but be careful, since the tubes cost an arm and a leg to replace.
