I get lots of extra noise with the
 multi function pattern type Christmas lights. I just sort of leanred to live witht he crap this time of year, although it isn't too terrible so far   knock on wood... watch I'll get on HF and it will be s9 trash from bc to daylight now that I said that lol
good luck with yours  oh btw breaker boxes are not dangerous if they are not a trash pile wired imporperly  any wiring that has any buisness in you rhome is totally safe form te otuside of the box. I did once se a panel with no front and that was scary, but other than an old cabin  no problems so don't be afraid of switching off breakers yourself  just be sure when you do turn the power off you wait a few seconds before turnign it back on
