I have a astron 30 amp switching power supply and could hardly hear the fan
at all. I haven't run it since I moved but where I used to live I ran it,
and will here very shortly, and where I was it was a tiny room with tight
confines and really I couldn't hear it. The fan in my TS-2000 was louder. I
also have a samlex power supply and that has a fan, I've never had it come
on though so can't say how loud it is but I've run that thing hard and it
doesn't get warm either.
