I will be travelling to Nassau and Paradise Island in the Bahamas.  I would love some guidance on enjoying GF foods there. I will be staying in a place with a full kitchen so I can cook some meals and plan to bring my own GF bread and cookies.   I am adventurous so anywhere on the island is fine.  Can you help me with information on the following?

1) GF Friendly Restaurants
2) Supermarkets for general grocery shopping
3) What to look out for in Bahamian cooking (ie, Are most peas and rices dishes okay?  What are typical ingredients?  Any wonderful Bahamian specialty dishes that are typically GF that I should not miss out on?)
4) Good resources for information.

Thanks a bunch!

Lorraine
