I have been reading mixed things about the success of gallbladder surgery.  Has anyone had the surgery, and did you feel better or worse after?  Any weight gain or other side effects of having your gallbladder removed? Has anyone had success avoiding the surgery by changing their diet? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
