Hi all - I was served a sample of beer versus the cider I had requested. When it arrived I made note of the color, but hadn't had this cider before, so I didn't question. I was served a "full-octane" IPA. Here's the worst part - I don't feel glutened. I am delicate, sensitive and have gotten sick from food, so why am I not sick??
I was diagnosed with DH in April 2007, so I need to be gluten-free and am following the gluten-free life to a T...but why didn't I feel sick from BEER???
Any ideas? Am I really sick from the food all these other times or is it something else??? I'm at a loss --Sara
