Hello List Mates,

Yesterday a European Commission regulation requiring products labelled "gluten-free" to contain below a maximum gluten content level came into full force.

Seems like we often see Europe leading the way. Of course, the FDA re-started the conversation last August. And today we may be even closer to seeing 20 ppm. What do you think?
