_Explore Asian_ is a brand of imported pasta made from beans. They have black bean spaghetti, mung bean fettucini and a soybean based pasta
also.
We love the black bean spaghetti and it is less starchy as it does not have any starch added. It also provides fiber. I plan to order their mung bean fettucini and give it a try. The black bean spaghetti cooks up with a nice texture. I make clam sauce for it sometimes, serve it with regular
spaghetti sauce and use it to make a gluten free lo mein at home.
I hope this info. helps people like me who find the starchy gf diet makes for weight loss hard. I am just a satisfied customer and have no financial interests in the product.
