A more common approach is to eat a diet with few carbs, dominated by fats

Would you be kind enuf to give me some examples of what to eat at a meal
that would comprise 60 - 70 % fat and 20 - 30 % protein? An example or two
would be helpful.
I had a bowl of beefalo chili tonite with a tablespoon of coconut oil and
half an avocado. Then two tablespoons of almond butter. How would that hold
up to your fat/protein ratio?
Thanks for the other info as well.
Cheers,
Robin
