He is light on the protein requirement. Phinney formula is for 1.2 to 1.7
times ideal body weight. This guy is slightly under 1.2 if my body is a
good guide.
Let's do the math. I weigh 64 kg and my height is 174 cm. That weight
less 100 equals 74 grams of protein per day.
Now Phinney says a *minimum* of 1.2 grams reference (ideal) body weight
per day to retain lean body mass -- 77 grams (which is 3 grams less that
what Kwasniewski recommends). Phinney says you can go up to 1.7 grams per
reference body weight, but I use 1.5 grams which is right in the middle.
So 64 times 1.5 is 96 grams of protein per day or 22 grams more than
Kwasniewski.
