As I recall, it was three bags of plain pork rinds (about 11 ounces) pulverized in the food processors, a pound of breakfast sausage, lots of chopped celery, onions and mushrooms, a small amount of homemade stock (maybe a half cup?), three or four beaten eggs, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
Brown and break up the sausage, brown the vegetables in the fat, mix everything together and put in an 8 inch square pan, bake at 350 or thereabout until firm.
