I stalled a short while back. At that time I added fish oil to my diet, but
it was just coincidental...the timing. However, I quickly unstalled and was
back on the weight loss bandwagon.
So while the fish oil possibly played a role, I don't know for sure. I've
read afterward that some do say that it helps. I take 8g of EPA/DHA per
day. Just short of what the Robb Wolf fish oil
calculator<http://whole9life.com/fish-oil>suggests.
All the same, best of luck.
