Pat,

I went to the link in your message, and it looks like the view of pages 
68-69 is a graphic, which they've thoughtfully described with alt-text, but 
not allowed us to view with a screen reader.  From what I see here, I don't 
think any screen reader will be able to help in this situation because 
there's no text as such.  If you were to subscribe to the magazine, would 
you get actual viewable text, or just a graphic representation of the text? 
If the latter, this site is completely out of compliance with any 
accessibility standards.  At the very least, I recommend that an accessible 
PDF document be made available to visually impaired subscribers, and that a 
portion of that document be made available to those wishing to preview it so 
they can decide whether to subscribe.
