You're almost better off going to the FCC or something, if they do let you 
in and you find the problem, then something else goes wrong, again, it's 
your fault. That's why a few years ago when I had RFI issues on a neighbor I 
didn't like's phone system, I told him even if I did like him, I wasn't 
going over to work on it and to call the phone company because if anything 
broke, I was likely to be sued. I'd call the cable company possibly even, 
see if they can find anything in that area and it might be faster than the 
FCC.
