Once again, 10 seems to be wide open.  I just worked a guy in Sao Paulo, =
Brazil using a repeater in Dallas, Texas on 29.660.  Just prior to that, = I
worked someone in Montreal, and someone else in Massachusetts through = the
same repeater.  Looks like at long last the bands are coming back.
