On the other hand, leaving it as "C:,A:" prevents you from infecting your system
with an MBR virus by accidentally leaving an infected floppy in and trying to
boot from it.

If you rarely boot from floppy, it is best IMHO to leave it it as "C:,A:", and
change when necessary in the CMOS to boot from floppy.
