My local Whole Foods has a grassfed beef sale and I bought a bunch to
freeze.  When I saw the chuck roast I had a STONG desire to eat it raw. I
ate some raw and it did feel good. 
My question for any raw paleo people on the list. Do you eat raw meat that
was frozen and then defrosted? Also, what are your favorite raw paleo links?
I am beginning to rethink some of my raw opinions.
