REASON TO GET OUT OF BED THIS MORNING

World leaders reached an agreement Sunday morning in Durban, South
Africa that will legally bind developing countries to cutting carbon
emissions. This agreement is markedly different from the Kyoto
Protocol, which made cutting emissions voluntary.
