Hi Tom,
The NFB Independence Market did carry those.
A friend of mine used to wash the  plastic from bacon packages that was 
between the bacon and the outside plac wrap.
They are free and very durable.
My friend also cut flexible records and brailled on those.
You can also buy a Dymo Tape holder for your Perkins Brailler to use with 
Dymo Tape. You can also use colored dymo tape which is cheaper if no one 
else needs to look at it.
