I've had a box of GF Bisquick on my shelf for a while now and finally decided to make some biscuits for dinner and give it a try. Expecting them to be dry and crumbly, I found them to be DELICIOUS! If you brush them with garlic butter as suggested, they are very, very close to those wonderful non-GF biscuits you get at Red Lobster (I'm not GF but my son is). I've got nothing to gain from sharing this recipe except to make someone happy. Enjoy!
