Hmmmmmmmm now that is interesting I didn't know that it wasn't listed as
active in the FCC database it might be available then but if not then you
would be wasting money if it wasn't available I will do some checking with
another source I have and let you know what I found and from your email I
can kind of figure out what you are going after so let me check and see what
I find

Thanks Ed.  Don't know why it's not in the data base but not listed on that

site.  Other calls had dates listed as to when they would be available.  But

that's a good point about spending the money for a pointless application.  I

thought I could get rid of the A in my call but perhaps I'll just leave well

enough alone.  I just figured that since it wasn't listed as an active call,

it might soon be available for assignment.  Thanks.  lou  WA3MIX
