I already have my vhf/uhf antenna mounted on the top of the ladder, so am 
afraid I'd have too much coupling and maybe even too much weight on the 
ladder if I tried mounting the screw-driver on there too.

I make the RV available for ARES and RACES work, so figured I should use the 
ladder and its superior position for VHF/UHF work, which would likely take 
the highest priority in a deployment situation.

Good suggestion, though.
