I'm sure Kenwood has a recommended power supply for the TS590, but you will 
probably pay more for that one than you need to.

Any power supply that would deliver between 20 and 25 amps continuously 
should be fine for the 590.

Regarding your question about TMv71A menus, the last menu in my menu list
