For those of you who have been holding out for a real, GF noodle, not just
a GF pasta that can be substituted, I've found one!

Jovial is the name of the company and it's a GF traditional egg noodle
called, Tagliatelle, just like most of us remember from our childhood. This
is a product of Italy, certified GF, organic and kosher.

I hope all of you who have been bemoaning a real noodle will be able to
find this noodle without too much trouble. Just because I found these
noodles, I made the traditional chicken noodle soup and tuna noodle
casserole for the same meal. Perfect!
