I wanted to thank everyone for their help, encouragement and advice.  My doc finally got back with the nurse Thursday.  I didn't get solid answers, just more tests were ordered for this Friday.  I see him on the 14th, so I guess some of my questions will need to wait a couple of weeks.

I never realized until recently that once the door to Celiac is opened all auto immune diseases have a chance to come through that door for the rest of my life.  I guess testing is necessary for our lifetimes, huh? Here I was hoping I was almost done.
