Hi All~~
I found a zucchini muffin recipe I want to make - tonight, of course - but
I don't have quinoa flakes. I went to the Gluten-Free Goddess blog (it's
her recipe) and checked the list of her tips on baking and substitutions.
Nothing for quinoa flakes. The recipe calls for 1/2 c. Would GF oat flakes
work? I'm afraid oat flakes will be too heavy.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
