I have a 160 meter windom. It works well, but I have some problems with
rf feed back. I had to buy a couple line isolators which helped a lot. I
don't remember the number of the mike, but I had a touchtone mike with 4
function buttons across the above the number keys. It worked great on the
2000, but on the 590 I had terrible rf feed back. I went back to the
Kenwood stock hand mike. I have a Mc 47 on order, so we'll see. I hope
to get a loop up for 160 one of these days.
I feed my windom with rg8.
