Pastured eggs have been discussed in the past. I found a source here in the Las Vegas area. The guy sells at the local farmers market and he has a set up where he is able to attract bugs using wood planks. All his chicken eat are bugs and whatever seeds grow naturally. The eggs taste VERY different. They are almost a different food. I normally don't feel great after eating eggs. I don't feel sick, just a little off.
I felt good after eating these though. I would recommend trying them if you can find a good source. He charges $5 a dozen. Part of the cost is that he has to drive pretty far to get to the farmers market.
