Hi Kristina,
My suggestion isn't based on whether or not these foods are Paleo. I can
only tell you that those three food sources have been reported to incite
production of antibodies that damage thyroid tissues.I can't even vouch
for the validity of these studies or the anecdotal reports from people
who assert that they have gotten relief from Hashimoto's through
avoidance of these foods. Avoidance may be a waste of your time and
energy. I can't say for sure.

I believe that eating foods that humans evolved eating (Sorry William)
is a likely recipe for good health. The challenge is to figure out what
our forebears ate. And that question has caused voluminous debate here
and elsewhere. I don't yet see the world from Ray Audette's perspective
(eating only what we could get when naked, armed with a sharp stick) but
the idea makes good sense to me. Fermented and/or raw, I'm suspicious
that my ancestors got very little dairy. But who knows? When I build a
time travel machine and have gathered some evidence one way or the
other, I'll get back to you on this topic and provide some definitive
guidelines. :-) Until then, maybe fermented/raw dairy proteins do not
incite Hashimoto's specific antibodies. I also don't know if avoiding
them at this stage would do you any good, even if they are the culprits
in your condition.

best wishes,
Ron
