nobody has, leptin is a hormone that regulates appetite (among other
things) primarily through a part of the brain called the hypothalamus. A
condition of leptin resistance, similar to insulin resistance, is
thought to be a contributing factor in obesity.

but got the impression leptin would be elevated if LR is an issue. I did
find articles indicating that low leptin levels could be a problem with
hunger signals or appetite control as you indicated in your second post.
