Since I posted this on 2 technology lists for the Blind 2 days ago and since 
I heard nothing, I thought I would post this question to the Ham list--since 
almost anything goes here as long as it isn't flaming or vulgar.

I am very inexperienced with cell phones.  I only know the basics.  Is it 
possible to block text messages sent via cell phone from specific 
callers/phone numbers?  Can you block the phone numbers in general with cell 
phones?
