would work just fine, will put out about 120 watts uses 6jb6 finals, 
so not too hard to find, make sure all neutralized ok; also align 
receiver, and synchronize with transcieve capabilities with 0 beating 
while rx is on, great equipment, I had t4X r4A for many years, 
including the power supply and speaker.
