The processes for EQSL and LOTW, as you describe them, sound pretty
similar except for the extra conversion from .adif to .tq8 for LOTW. In
general, do you find one method significantly easier than the other, when
using a screen reader?

I use EQSL and LOTW.
With EQSL I upload an .adif file from my log with the contacts I want
confirmed, and the site does the rest.
I do the same with LOTW but you have to convert the .adif to TQ8 files with
TQSL.
