Lloyd:
Tonight, I worked W3DF on CW in West Minster, MD, and he also gave me a 599.
I think it might have been a real report, but not totally sure.
My next goal is to do some SSB contacts on up the band, but I am running out
of time tonight.
The fact that I can't get the antenna SWR down below about 2.0 to 1 still
bothers me, but there is a definite dip around 18.300, which means the
antenna is definitely tuned for the lower part of the band.
Still and all, the TS590 auto-tuner tunes the antenna throughout the band
from top to bottom.
