Walter,

Word is not part of your operating system (Windows XP, Vista Windows 7,
etc.) You should have a word processing program called WordPad that comes
with your operating system. WordPad can be found under the Accessories
option on your list of folders under Programs or all programs depending
which system you have.

Microsoft Word does not come with your computer unless you specifically paid
to have it installed. If it is on your system, it should be on the list of
applications under programs. If you can't find it, it most likely is not
there.

Remember, Word is not automatically included on your system!!

Did you ever get your system to play mp3's?
