Tom,

It's the power on button.   With radio off, press and hold the a/b key 
while hitting the power button.   The radio will power up and the YL 
inside will ask if you want to reset.   Turn the multi knob to either 
full or partial reset, and hit the a/b button again to finish the reset.

This way you get a chance to change your mind before you  hit the a/b 
the final time and  finalize the reset.
