Hi, folks.

Well, I actually got my TS590 on the air today, and got good reports.

Hopefully, I'll join you guys real soon on one of our nets so you can hear
it for yourselves.

I do have a question about output power readings, though.

It seems like I am getting about 90 watts out of the TS590 when using a
dummy load.

I tried adjusting the carrier level, as I think Kevin suggested, using the
forward power tone on the TW1, but my highest tone is at about a level of
70.

One other thing I have noticed is that when I take ALC readings, the TS590
keeps saying "A over".

This would indicate to me that something might be out of adjustment.

If anyone has any suggestions about settings, etc., please let me know.

Thanks, and 73 from Tom Behler: KB8TYJ
