What vitamins and / or supplements do you take? I know the perfect diet shouldn't need vitamins or supplements. But, I don't always get what is recommended. For example I don't eat liver and I can't always afford grass fed meats. I am also not a big fan of salmon or other fish, but I try to tolerate it once or twice a month.
Here is my problem: Whatever vitamins I take seem to feel like I swallowed a rock. I really can't stand them.
Sometimes I burp them. Sometimes they make me feel nauseous. I know burping is common with fish oil. But you know that taste and smell of standard vitamins? I seem to burp that too. If anyone here takes vitamins is there a brand that is easier on the stomach or is there a quality brand of liquid vitamins?
